Larry Frierson, President
Total Office Solutions was founded in 1989 by Larry Frierson. Larry graduated from the University of South Carolina where he attended USC on a football scholarship. He is an experienced entrepreneur with deep roots in Columbia. Larry began his career in the office equipment business as a salesman. His strong work ethic and honesty earned him the position of sales manager where he managed and ran sales teams for two regional companies. Larry successfully helped start and grow market share with these two major companies in the Columbia area. In 1989, motivated by a desire to fully serve the customer, Larry formed Total Office Solutions. After two decades of growth in the business, Larry continues to enthusiastically search for ways to make sure that Total Office Solutions customers know that they determine our success and we are here to serve their needs.
The administration department has over thirty years of office experience with Karen Frierson, Michelle Scoggins and Nicole Bray. Providing great customer service keeps our customers happy and that is our number one goal.
The day to day operations and service departments are managed by Charles Oswald. Charles has over three decades of experience within the industry in service, service management, customer support and operations. Through the years he has completed many courses pertaining to his area of responsibility.
Robert Hollar has over 12 years of experience in the managing of inventory parts and supplies in the office equipment industry.
The Total Office Solutions Service Team members include Randy Crews, Robert Browning, Mark Doty and Wade Bryant. Each of our service technicians have a wide variety of service experience in the office product arena with over 50 years of combined experience in the office Technology business.
